If you own land, you already know what this business can feel like. Texts from numbers you don't recognize, offers with no explanation behind them, and terms that shift once the paperwork starts. I built Golden Clay to be the opposite of that.
The way we work is simple. We tell you what we can pay and why. We do what we said we would do. And a portion of every deal we close goes to organizations providing food, shelter, education, and clean water.

Who you'll be working with.
We keep the team small so every property gets real attention. When you call, you reach someone who actually knows your file.
Diana runs the brokerage side. When a property is better served by a traditional listing than a direct sale, she handles it, so owners get whichever path fits their situation.
Liza keeps everything moving behind the scenes: paperwork, scheduling, and follow-ups, so nothing slips between a first call and closing.
Francis is usually the first person you talk to. He handles everything from the first call to a signed agreement, and he picks up the phone when you call back.
Alex handles what happens to a property after we buy it, working with our builder and developer partners to place each one where it fits best.
